These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Teachers App (“the App”), provided by Intellectual Digital Solutions. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Teachers App is a management tool for schools and coaching centres to manage classes, students, attendance, test & exam marks, fees and parent communication (SMS / WhatsApp).

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • The institute head is responsible for the staff (sub-user) logins they create and for all activity under the account.
  • The number of staff who can log in may be limited by your plan.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to access it without authorisation, or send unsolicited or unlawful messages through it.

4. Messaging & consent

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from parents/students before sending them SMS or WhatsApp messages, and for complying with applicable telecom and DLT regulations. Message delivery depends on third-party gateways and operator networks and is not guaranteed.

5. Payments & subscriptions

  • Subscription and message-wallet payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Plan limits (students, staff logins, message credits) apply as shown at purchase.
  • Charges are for the plan/credits selected; please review before paying.

6. Your data

The institute retains ownership of the student and parent data it enters. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Intellectual Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. You may stop using the App at any time; on account deletion, associated data is removed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
